In the high altitudes of the Chajakwe region, the Arabica varieties Pacas, Sachimor, Caturra, Catuai, and Catimor grow under ideal conditions. At an altitude of 1,250 meters, the beans ripen slowly, are harvested by hand, and carefully washed before being processed.
The result: a balanced espresso with clear acidity, delicate notes of dark chocolate, ripe cherry, and a hint of citrus. Powerful yet elegant—ideal for espresso lovers who appreciate both aromatic and harmonious flavors.
